Traveling and retirement

The older people are lucky in some way. Why? The children are grown up and there are no more any credits and bills to pay for. There is not any work to attend every day and evil bosses who wish to reduce your vacation. So, it is gold time for the retired people who are able to live for their own now.
Usually health is the reason which prevents to travel (of course, after money). So, if you are ready to do a trip now, take care of your health first of all. Do some exercises or a short walk every day. Replace the walk with an hour at the garden growing the plants. To keep in shape, you are surely would feel better on the road. Also it is a good idea to end all the troubles with your teeth as there is not anything as awful as teeth aching. The doctor is to give you the general tips as for your traveling. Here there are the main ones. Bring a bottle of water with you all the time as your organism needs liquid more, as you waste your energy easily now. If you are in the plane, take care about tablet against over-indulgence and diarrhea. During the flight make sure that you are able to do stretching or just walk along the cabin as often as you feel your legs pain. If your trip is connected with long walking or hills crossing, make sure that your medicine box includes the pain killers, bandages, plasters, sunscreen and anti-insect remedy.
But the most valuable piece of advice is to take everything easy. Of course, you can take the anti-stress pills and complain for your pitiful fate, but you are traveling to receive pleasure and joy. So, enjoy the trip!
