My dream is to spend the vacation in warmth listening to the ocean waves whisper. If your dream is different, this article is for you. However banal it sounds, you have to take care about the warm clothes – thermal underwear, hat, thick gloves, heavy trousers, some very good shirts. Also you need waterproof boots.

If you are outside for a long time, you need very good nourishment. Do not be surprised if you start eating more. The matter is that your organism loses more energy for cold fighting. That is why it is recommended to eat such products which are full of proteins. Bring chocolate with you all the time. Also it is better to drink non-alcoholic beverages. Be sure that when you suffer from cold and drink heavily, your organism loses the logical line between real and imaginable feelings. You could freeze without feeling that the temperature is too low. Do not put on wet equipments and clothes. It just freezes and do not protect you from cold. If you feel that you do not stand cold, return to the house and try to warm up. Make the short periods of going out. A person needs at least forty minutes to warm after freezing.

If you safe another person, put off wet and cold clothes and cover him/her with rags. It is better to give warm drinks.

So, treat cold reasonable and do not make jokes outdoors.
